Beauty oils solve beauty problems, such as dry skin after only a few applications. In shower gels, hair products, scrubs and creams is now often to find oil as an ingredient. Not the usual salad oil, but usually noble and precious oils such as argan or various flower oils, which should have a nourishing and seemingly almost magical effect, if one believes the advertising claims. But what about the beauty oils and what are they really recommendable for?

Beauty oils can be used for both hair and skin care.

Beauty oils are considered true all-round talents. They provide the skin and hair with valuable ingredients such as unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins, protect them from aging and have a positive effect on the skin’s resistance.

The hair oil was one of the first beauty oils on the market, which became more popular. Previously, oils were seen in cosmetics rather reluctant, as skin and hair were not allowed to get too much moisture and especially fat-like substances again.

Today, however, it is known that especially dry skin or impurities-prone skin and hair types urgently need this moisture.

The typical beauty oils come from plant sources , especially popular is argan oil . It began its triumphal march as hair oil, but is now also available as a body oil or as an ingredient of body lotions, hand creams and face creams.

Also very popular are oils from different flowers, as they do not complain and are especially well suited for hair. Because herbal beauty oils in the plant are designed to store nutrients for bad times and deliver them to the plant when needed, they can also deliver these nutrients to the skin and hair.

Dry skin, splintery hair, brittle nails … all these warning signs indicate that skin and hair are not getting enough nutrients. In particular, they lack moisture, which would be particularly good to use from an oily source.

Hair oil for healthy hair

Hair oil, for example, helps in various ways against the well-known split in the tips. In the first step, he kicks the split hair ends together again and lets them work uniformly, so that the hair appears healthier again immediately after use. Second, the beauty oil penetrates the hair and strengthens just the lower sections, thus preventing split ends and brittle tips.

Oil for beautiful and healthy nails and skin

Beauty oils penetrate just as deeply into nails and skin, making them somewhat more elastic at first, but without softening them and making them vulnerable. Sometimes it helps to rub the hair oil after the application in the palms and on the fingernails – in light dryness, this treatment is already doing well.

Like any beauty and body care product, beauty oil is not intended for use in large quantities . In any case, it is a very moisturizing and nutrient-rich beauty product that can quickly nourish the skin, hair and nails.

Then they suffer from obvious impurity, too soft or develop blackheads . When using it in the hair you can see with the naked eye if too much beauty oil was used: if the tips are stringy and greasy after use, it was too much of a good thing.

Basically, one should stick to the dosage tips on the packaging when applying. If none are indicated then:

  • for hair oil: a maximum of one hazelnut-sized amount
  • for body oil: one spurt from the oil bottle per extremity
  • with hand cream: maximum one hazelnut-sized amount, rather less
  • with face cream: distribute a fingertip well on the face, more if necessary

Cosmetics with beauty oil should be used rather sparingly . For all creams and applications on the skin, it is advisable to start with very little and spread the oil or product very thinly. If it is absorbed well, the amount is sufficient and you should not cream the post or oils, but continue with the next part of the skin.

Beauty oils possess skin care and skin rejuvenating properties.

Pure beauty oils are usually sold in a pump bottle, so you should only work with one pump surge at a time. If this draws in completely, you can rework with a second pump, until the skin and hair feel much softer and finer. It may not be more, because the oil would not move.

If too much beauty oil has been applied, it helps to wipe the skin with a paper towel for a short time – oil that has not been drawn in is absorbed and the amount is correct again. The hair should be well combed with too much oil, as this puts the oil from the tips of the comb, which in turn can be washed off.
