3. Read your favorite quotes
Create a small collection of quotes that you like.
Whether wisdom from Buddha, philosophers or celebrities – everything that sounds good to you, comes in the book ,it’s a best Habits . Take a few minutes regularly to browse through it. Flatter your soul, at least for a moment.
4. Take time for eating
Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner: Try to eat consciously and do nothing by the way.
Focus on the taste of the meal. Only then can you really enjoy it – and relax.
5. Take one day a week off
It is so good to take a break for 24 hours just for yourself.
Whether on Saturday, Sunday or during the week: One day you should not do anything and just live it into the day . What is your spontaneity?
6. Put trouble in the frustration box
You are stupefied about something?
Then do not spend all day with it, try to shut it up mentally in a box. In the evening you take ten minutes and open the box.
If the frustration is still up to date, you can really annoy and engage with the topic intensively. After that, it’s enough – and you close the nuisance again firmly in the box.
7. Do the positive check
Before you fall asleep in the evening think about three things that were good for your day.
Did the baker give you a roll more in the bag, the man at the supermarket cashier let you in, or did you get praise from the boss? Just give it a quick reminder – and you sleep much better.
